NC GOD INC's career training work exists to move participants from short-term, unstable work into occupations that carry a recognized credential, a wage floor, and a path upward — most often commercial driving (CDL), certified nursing assistant (CNA), and home health aide (HHA) roles that employers across Broward, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, and St. Lucie counties hire for year-round.

NC GOD INC does not teach or issue credentials. Instruction, testing, and certification are delivered by state-approved training providers and regulating boards. What NC GOD INC provides is everything that usually causes people to drop out before they finish: choosing the right pathway, gathering documentation, navigating cost and funding options, arranging transportation and scheduling around housing and family obligations, and staying in contact through the weeks between enrollment and exam day.

CDL pathway. Commercial driving is a licensed, regulated route into logistics, freight, transit, and delivery work. Participants are supported through the state licensing sequence — obtaining and maintaining a valid driver's license and clean record review, DOT medical examination requirements, commercial learner's permit study and testing, entry-level driver training with an approved provider, and the skills examination. Support continues into job search, because CDL hiring depends heavily on endorsement type, experience, and route preference.

CNA pathway. The certified nursing assistant route is one of the fastest entries into healthcare employment, with clear advancement into LPN and RN study for participants who want it. Support covers program selection with a state-approved provider, background screening and immunization/health documentation, exam preparation, and connections to long-term care, rehabilitation, and hospital support employers.

HHA pathway. Home health aide work suits participants who prefer one-on-one care in home settings and often offers flexible scheduling. Support covers provider selection, required training hours and competency requirements, agency registration steps, and introductions to home health agencies hiring in the four-county service area.

Every pathway is chosen with the participant, not for them. A participant's housing status, health, transportation, caregiving responsibilities, and prior work history all shape which route is realistic first — and participants can move between pathways as circumstances change.

Access to any training pathway would depend on eligibility, training availability, and applicable requirements set by providers and regulators.
